Dr. Zhukov (Zeke) Pervan

Executive Chairman
Dr Pervan is a retired medical practitioner with 35 years experience in various capacities including general practice, clinical nutrition, aviation and military medicine and occupational health and safety. He has consulted to several university and government bodies in many areas and has conducted original medical research in collaboration with the University of Western Australia Departments of Microbiology and Human Movement. This research relating to Overtraining Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) has been published in international journals. Dr Pervan is patron of the West Australian ME/CFS Support Society.
In the past, Dr Pervan has served as a director of public companies involved in the fields of biotechnology, agriculture, mining and industrial technology.
Currently Dr Pervan is a director of ASX listed Actinogen Limited. He has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 1991.
Associate Professor David Keast

Scientific Director
Professor Keast was on the staff of the University of Western Australia for 34 years. He is currently an Honorary Research Fellow in microbiology at the University of Western Australia. He has over 220 publications, reviews and chapters in international scientific journals in the areas of microbiology, cancer research, immunology and sports science. He has wide experience in reviewing research applications for medical, cancer research and biological research for the major granting bodies in Australia. He has broad experience in administration, particularly at higher degree scholarship levels and reviewed and examined research at all levels. He has experience in contract research and patent development. He is currently an executive director of ASX listed Actinogen Limited.
David Alan Zohar

David Zohar has undertaken undergraduate studies in Science and post graduate studies in Accountancy and Commercial Law. He has been a director and/or CEO of a number of public companies and has also negotiated numerous agreements with various public and other companies. He has been involved in the formation and/or listing on the ASX of several public companies and is currently a director of several public companies.
